Wisteria Old Style is a serif typeface influenced by floral and vine flourishes. It is a classical font with a modern, floral twist perfect for more modern but vintage-inspired pieces.
Wisteria Old Style is a display font which draws inspiration from Old Style/ Garalde and humanist typefaces— such as Jenson, Bembo, Garamond—while incorporating more delicate, ornamental features. It evokes the classic charm of old books, combining the timeless elegance of attic-style fonts with intricate, floral flourishes.
This font is intended mainly for display use, such as titles, chapter headers, and section openers. Its minimum intended size is 25 pts, and was designed specifically with print in mind.
This is a font for designers and creative with experience and whom are comfortable with type, as it requires a good eye to balance the Uppercase and Lowercase characters. It is the perfect font for book covers, invitations, and more!
This typeface began, as many do, with the letters “O” and “H,” which set the proportions, weight, and overall tone. From there, I developed the rest of the lowercase, using those initial forms as a guide.I drew inspiration from classic typefaces like Garamond, Trajan, and Caslon, focusing on their details and underlying systems—proportions, contrast, and serif structure—to help shape a design that feels both grounded and cohesive.
